Do i need to set up an account to place an order?
You no longer need to create an account to place an order with us.
But if you create an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster and much more.
How to create my account?
If you purchase an item on our e-shop and you do not have an account yet, you will be invited to register. Your email address will be required and will used as your login. Thereafter you will be able to manage your account.
Create your account, will allow you to:
- Save your billing and shipping address, as well as your payments details for quicker process.
- Have access to your order history, the status of current orders and the tracking of your parcel.
- To change your account settings, such as your username, your password or your addresses.

If you need assistance, information, or any other query related to your order, delivery or return, our customer service team is available Monday to Friday and from 9am to 7.00pm (UTC+3).

How is the payment secured?
Aquamaze Swimwear guarantees total security of your online purchase. The website uses secure payment system of first order financial entities in e-commerce. Meaning your confidential payment data are directly transmitted encrypted (SSL) to the financial entity.
What are the accepted payment methods?
As for now, our method payments are:

Do you have care instructions for swimwear?
Quickly rinse your swimsuit in warm soapy water when you return from the beach or the pool and follow these instructions:
- For Women: Hand wash / Do not bleach / Do not iron / Do not dry clean / Do not tumble dry
- For Men: Do not wash above 30 c / Do not bleach / Do not iron / Do not dry clean / Do not tumble dry
What is the availability of a product?
When you wish to order a product that is unavailable, we encourage you to return to our online store to check its availability, or contact our customer service.
What should I do if my product is defective?
Please contact our customer service team, available Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (UTC+3) or by e-mail. Please indicate precisely the identified defect(s) (preferably with photos).
ORDER
How long will my order take to arrive?
For national standard shipping please allow 3-4 days from dispatch for your order to arrive. For international orders, please visit our partner's website: libanpost.com for a full list of countries we ship to and a list of fees or contact us.
Can i change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
If you need to make any amendments, please send us an email with your order number & amendment requirements as soon as possible.
Can i change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How do i return or exchange an item?
Exchanges
We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at aquamaze.swimwear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not refund a product.
